Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SeaAI service, including the website at seaaitrading.co.uk, the Telegram subscription bot (@SeaAI_WaveClub_Bot), the Wave Club Telegram group, the SeaAI EverChanging Indicator on TradingView, and all related signals, tools and content (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by SeaAI Trading (“SeaAI”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not located in, or a citizen/resident of, any jurisdiction in which the use of automated crypto-trading signals is prohibited or restricted.
• You are not subject to UK, US, EU or UN sanctions or located in a sanctioned country.
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and exchange terms.

3. The Service

SeaAI provides AI-driven trading signals (Long/Short) on selected cryptocurrency futures pairs, generated by the SeaAI EverChanging Indicator on TradingView and delivered to subscribers via the Wave Club Telegram channel. The Service includes:

• Invite-only access to the SeaAI EverChanging Indicator on TradingView (subject to TradingView's own terms).
• Wave Club premium signals delivered via Telegram in a Cornix-compatible format.
• Daily and weekly performance reports posted to the channel.
• Optional referral programme accessible through the subscription bot.
• Customer support via Telegram and email.

We may add, change or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces what you receive, we will notify active subscribers in advance.

4. Subscription plans & pricing

SeaAI is offered on the following plans, all priced in US dollars and denominated at checkout:

• 7-Day Free Trial — once per Telegram account, unlocks full Wave Club access for 7 calendar days. No payment details required.
• 1 Month — $149.99, valid 30 days from activation.
• 3 Months — $399.99, valid 90 days from activation.
• 12 Months — $1,199.99, valid 365 days from activation.

Plans do not auto-renew. Access ends at expiry unless you manually purchase a renewal. We will notify you a few days before expiry so you can choose to renew. Promotional pricing, loyalty discounts and referral credits may apply at our discretion.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider CoinRemitter in supported cryptocurrencies. We do not see, store or have access to your wallet credentials. An invoice is created at checkout, and your subscription activates automatically once the payment is confirmed on-chain.

You are responsible for any blockchain transaction fees, exchange fees, and any taxes (VAT, sales tax, income tax) applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Prices shown are exclusive of any such taxes unless explicitly stated.

6. Refunds & cancellation

Because the Service is digital and access is granted immediately upon payment, subscriptions are non-refundable by default. By starting your subscription you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that this causes you to lose any statutory cooling-off right that would otherwise apply.

If you experience a verified technical issue caused by us that prevents you from receiving signals for a sustained period, contact us at help@seaaitrading.co.uk within 7 days and we will work in good faith to resolve it (typically by extending your subscription or issuing a partial credit). Refunds are at our discretion and assessed case-by-case.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We do not lock you into auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel — the plan simply expires at the end of its term.

7. Acceptable use & account security

You agree that you will not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, mirror or republish our signals, indicator or any other Service content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source of the SeaAI EverChanging Indicator or any related software.
• Allow more than one person to use a single subscription. Each subscription is for one Telegram account and one TradingView username.
• Scrape, crawl or use automated tools to harvest content from our channels, website or APIs without written permission.
• Use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, wash trading, or any conduct that violates exchange terms.
• Abuse or game the referral programme (e.g. self-referrals, fake accounts, incentivised sign-ups disguised as organic).
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account, TradingView account, and exchange API keys secure. We will never DM you asking for credentials, seed phrases, or to send funds to a wallet — anyone who does is impersonating us.

8. Referral programme

Each subscriber receives a unique referral code via the Telegram subscription bot. When someone you refer subscribes to a paid plan, you earn a referral reward (set per plan, viewable in the bot). Rewards are held for a 7-day cooldown to cover refund/dispute risk before becoming available for withdrawal. Withdrawals are paid in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you supply, subject to a $15.00 minimum and to manual admin review.

We may suspend, freeze or void rewards we reasonably believe were generated by abuse, fraud, self-referral, chargebacks, or breaches of these Terms. We may modify or terminate the programme on reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, code, indicators, signals, data, designs and copy associated with SeaAI are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade-mark and other intellectual-property laws. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal trading. No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.

10. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties (Telegram, TradingView, Cornix, CoinRemitter, your chosen exchange). We are not responsible for their availability, behaviour, security or fees. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, profitability, non-infringement, availability or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that signals will be profitable, that the indicator will perform to any specific standard, or that the Service will be free of bugs, downtime or interruptions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeaAI, its directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data or reputational harm arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (e.g. liability for fraud or for death/personal injury caused by negligence under UK law).

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SeaAI harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your violation of any law, or your trading activity.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, abused the Service or referral programme, presented a fraud or charge-back risk, or threatened the safety of the platform or other users. Where termination is for cause, no refund is owed. Where you are paid up and we terminate without cause, we will pro-rate and refund the unused portion of your subscription.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via the Telegram subscription bot before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of habitual residence.

17. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SeaAI concerning the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
