1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeaAI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. SeaAI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

SeaAI provides AI-powered trading signals, indicators, analytics, and automated alerts via Telegram for cryptocurrency futures, forex, and stock markets. The Service includes the SeaAI Everchanging Indicator, Wave Club premium signals, and Telegram bot integration.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Important: Trading cryptocurrencies, forex, and stocks involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance does not guarantee future results. SeaAI signals are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

SeaAI Premium is available as Monthly ($149.99/month), 3-Month ($399.99), or Annual ($1,199.99/year) subscriptions. All plans include the same features. Payments are processed securely through our Telegram bot. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days of your subscription start date at seaaitrades@gmail.com.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your subscription access with others
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute SeaAI indicators or signals
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and exchange regulations

7. Referral Programme

SeaAI offers a referral system through our Telegram bot. Referral rewards vary based on the plan your referee subscribes to. SeaAI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Abuse of the referral system may result in account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, indicators, algorithms, signals, branding, and software associated with SeaAI are the intellectual property of SeaAI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

SeaAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

SeaAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Telegram bot. Upon termination, your access to premium features will end at the close of your current billing period.
